Besqab has signed an agreement to sell three fully developed rental properties (Kvarngärdet 60:2-4) in Uppsala (127 apartments) to Rikshem for SEK 263m. The transaction is in line with the book value and has no net impact on earnings. In terms of liquidity, the transaction provides a positive cash contribution of c.
