We update our base case after having analysed the ADVANCE data. There are positives and negatives (compared to our expectations). We believe the results in ADVANCE may have been blurred by a more-than-usual effective baseline methotrexate treatment (i.e. placebo). We think the future will bring more clarity to resomelagon's way forward.
