Enviro has signed a non-binding LOI regarding licensing of its pyrolysis technology in North America, indicating continued interest from industrial counterparties. While still early-stage, we view the development as supportive of a potential shift towards a more capital-light and scalable business model. In combination with the ongoing reconstruction process, this could improve the company’s strategic positioning, although execution risk remains.
