Today, trading in Train Alliance shares has been temporarily suspended. According to a press release, the board of directors has been informed that a police report has been filed against a senior executive of the company in relation to alleged irregularities within the company. The report was filed by a major shareholder. The individual concerned will be suspended from their duties during the ongoing investigation. This may affect our view, but the impact remains unclear.
