Redeye shares its initial thoughts on CTEK’s Q2 report, which we think came in slightly softer than expected but still largely in line with our estimates on an aggregated level. As we expected, the seasonally softer Q2 faced some headwinds related to FX effects and macroeconomic uncertainties, which put a dent in the short-term demand. However, we understand there was a recovery in the second half of the quarter, which bodes well for H2 (where new product launches will take place).
