Freemelt intends to raise around SEK 152m in a fully guaranteed rights issue. Proceeds will be used to “accelerate the scale-up of Freemelt’s Manufacturing and Production Systems business areas, including capacity expansion, customer project execution, financing of working capital and the development of a more scalable base of recurring revenue”. Freemelt expects the rights issue to fund operations through to positive cash flow in 2029.
