Redeye comments on GiG Software’s Q2-results which were softer than expected owing to slower than anticipated revenue ramp up from new partners, partly mitigated by cost savings. The company also announced that it is in final stages of a transformational acquisition of 888Africa, a fast growing and profitable B2C operator, which it expects to close by end of September.
