Redeye comments on Initiator Pharma’s announcement that the EPO has granted two additional European patents covering pudafensine for pain, including vulvodynia, and its immediate-release oral formulation. We view the grants as further strengthening the company’s layered IP protection and supporting the long-term commercial potential of pudafensine, particularly in light of the ongoing phase IIa vulvodynia study.
