Redeye notes that InfraCom’s Q2 2025 report was below expectations for sales (-9%) and EBITDA (-12%). However, operating expenditure (OPEX) came in 5% lower than forecast, reflecting successful reorganisation efforts undertaken last year. According to the company, macro-economic factors led to prolonged decision-making from customers, which affected performance in April and May, although activity reportedly began to recover in June. In Redeye's view, InfraCom remains well-positioned for a weaker economic climate. It stands to receive expected net proceeds (excluding tax) of cSEK178m from its total return swap agreement, which is contingent on the completion of Telia’s bid for Bredband2.
