Redeye comments on Vertiseit’s acquisition of MDT. As the price is reasonable and the SEK20m in ARR has a slight impact, we make a minor adjustment to our Base Case. On the other hand, the acquisition has interesting long-term potential regarding the acquired customer relations and as a first example of the new roll-up-like M&A strategy.
