Redeye leaves a comment following Alzinova’s announcement of the preliminary outcome of its SEK50.1m rights issue. The rights issue was subscribed to 80%, in line with previously communicated commitments. While a fully subscribed transaction would have been preferable, the outcome secures the necessary capital base and provides the company with an extended financial runway as it continues preparations for phase II and ongoing partnership discussions.
