Redeye leaves a comment following today’s announcement of a rights issue of approximately SEK35.7m. While securing financing through a partnership would have been the preferred outcome, we view this capital raise as a prudent step to extend Alzinova’s financial runway and enhance its negotiating position in ongoing partnership discussions.
