Alcadon today announced the acquisition of A-Antennas, its first acquisition under the broader “Digitalisation” umbrella that it established last year and its first dedicated product company. All in all, we believe the acquisition should add c. 4% to our 2026 sales estimate and >6% to our 2026 adj. EBITA estimate on a pro forma basis, and contribute solid incremental returns on invested capital.
