BioInvent has set the subscription price in its rights issue of approximately SEK430m at SEK1 per share. With the final terms now in our model, we lower our fundamental value to SEK10 (25) and our fair value to SEK9 (23.5). This simply reflects the additional dilution compared with our estimate in the Q3 update.
