Redeye comments on yesterday’s announcement that OncoZenge has carried out a directed share issue of SEK3.3m to Life Science Invest Fund (LSIF) and Selandia Alpha Invest. While limited in size, we are encouraged to see existing specialist investors increasing their holdings only weeks after the completion of the rights issue, and the proceeds further strengthen the company’s cash position as the pivotal Phase III BEAM-Pain trial progresses.
