Hacksaw has announced the appointment of Ana Vrabic Verdir as permanent CEO, following her role as interim CEO since the removal of Christoffer Källberg in April. Given that Ana has a long background within the group and that the company maintained solid performance in Q2 under her leadership, we expect limited operational impact from the announcement. We view the news as neutral for the share while removing an element of uncertainty. Redeye is likely to leave its People rating unchanged, and we make no adjustments to our estimates or valuation.
