While Q2 was below our expectations, the company has given a clear message that it aims to protect margins while expanding new revenue streams to stabilise the business. Although we think it could take a few quarters for new initiatives to have a material impact, G5’s strong financial position leaves plenty of headroom to take action. Our new fair value range ps is SEK 78-122 (77-124), with negative revisions offset by positive FX.
