While we do not expect major q/q changes in the headline numbers, the Q2 focus will likely turn to the recently announced Telia transaction, which on a pro-forma basis should add some one-third to Leaddesk’s current sales. Our estimates are intact, i.e. we do not yet model the transaction, which is conditional on authority clearance. Due to SEB’s advisory role in this transaction, we do not provide a fair value until the deal is completed.
