Genovis announced after market close the acquisition of KPL, a Danish company with a proprietary recombinant protease portfolio and enzyme engineering platform. The deal is a clear bolt-on that strengthens Genovis' position within its niche, adds complementary products targeting the same customer base. The current year PnL impact is limited but it adds another compounding growth avenue for the company over the coming years.
