BioInvent hosted a virtual KOL event yesterday focusing on BI-1808 in advanced ovarian cancer. Guest speaker Dr Dmitriy Zamarin (Mount Sinai) highlighted the severe unmet need in recurrent ovarian cancer. The updated Phase IIa data for BI-1808 combined with Keytruda significantly outperformed historical benchmarks, showing a 24% ORR and an impressive preliminary median PFS of 10.3 months. We view these results as a strong validation of BioInvent’s TNFR2-targeting strategy.
