ANNONS
Q1 expectations
We expect Eolus to report net sales of SEK 2,409m in Q1 and EBIT of SEK 253m (SEK -28m in Q1'24), with the largest contribution coming from the sale of Pome, which was completed in February '25. As a result of the sale, we anticipate Eolus' balance sheet to be reduced and project costs related to Pome, currently under "Projects under construction", to be recognised in the P&L. In total, Eolus is expected to receive milestone payments totalling USD 50-55m, of which we estimate a project margin of ~USD 25m and the remainder as Eolus' equity contribution to the project costs, for which it will be reimbursed. At closing (in Q1), Eolus received a milestone payment of approximately USD 25m and the remaining USD 25-30m is expected to be paid up until the start of commercial operation. Furthermore, during the quarter, Eolus and Hydro Rein completed the construction of the Stor-Skälsjön onshore wind project and Eolus will record the remaining revenues from the project in Q1'25.
