Redeye comments on Nanologica following yesterday’s after-market announcement of the acquisition of CDMO Syntagon and the accompanying cSEK 96m capital raise, which comprises both a rights issue and directed share issues. Redeye will temporarily suspend coverage pending the outcome of the rights issue.
