Last evening, Insplorion communicated a higher bid for its core business from Consilium, totaling approximately SEK10m. The offer is nearly twice the previous SEK5.5m bid from MannTek and reportedly on similar terms. As a result, the company has paused the sale process with MannTek and initiated a new process with Consilium. We are optimistic about the increased offer, although our coverage remains under review due to uncertainties regarding the remaining parts and liquidation value of Insplorion.
