Today, I-Tech announced a strategic partnership (MoU) together with Chinese Havey, to develop and commercialize biodegradable binders. We are encouraged to see that the company’s business development pipeline is progressing, while we await additional confirmation and milestones before making any adjustments to financials or valuation.
