Eastnine sells properties in Riga for EUR 38 million
The property company Eastnine has agreed to sell the office properties Alojas Biroji and Zala 1 in central Riga for approximately EUR 38 million, in line with book value.

The buyer is Indexo Real Estate Fund, managed by Provendi Asset Management. Payment will consist of approximately EUR 32 million in cash and just over EUR 6 million in fund units.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2026, subject to financing and regulatory approval. After the sale, two properties remain in Riga.
