The exercise period for warrants of series TO1 (see our previous comment) started on 16/9 and ended on 7/10. 97.6% of warrant holders subscribed for new shares, as a total of 2,767,551 warrants are exercised. The exercise price was DKK 17.2/share and Curasight will receive c. DKK 44.6 m after issue costs. This is around DKK 10m more than our conservatively assumed DKK 33m and we consider it good news that investors consistently are willing to support the company.
